Your profile

We (urgently) need junior project managers with technical acumen and preferably a background in electro-mechanics or electronics.

Your duties

You will work in a team of the project managers, who will manage and assist you on a daily basis.
The fulfillment of your duties are twofold: Implementation and sales support.

Project management for implementation projects

This part of your duties includes managing projects in progress.
You will do this together with the men and women in production.

• You create digital workbooks for execution
• You manage procurement schedules
• You create production drawings
• You prepare purchasing: comparing quotes for transportation, packaging, raw materials…
• You enter the working budget for cost monitoring
• You distribute controlled documents for production
• You enter hours and vendor receipts for post-calculation and invoicing

Sales Support

This part of your duties includes sales support.
This is in collaboration with the sales team.

• You follow checklists for transfer from estimation to execution
• You prepare post-calculation of projects
• You will make calculations and technical drawings for the sales team

This is what we are looking for

Initially, we ask for commitment and motivation.
That’s it! We provide in-house training that will make you an expert in the field of integrated solar cells.

You have a broad electromechanical degree andknowledge of office software and design programs. Good oral and written communication skills, also in English, are important.
Furthermore, it would be nice to be familiar with safety regulations.
