SOLTECH produced the black façade panels that help give the 245-story tower, 158 apartments and 203 student residences a negative Energy Performance Coefficient.
… in conjunction with power-generating windows
Bold received 1 800 m² of PowerWindows from PHYSEE.
These power-generating windows, facade panels and rooftop solar panels combine to produce an EPC of – 0.1209.
